Build faster with the interfaces a mobile robot usually needs: protected wide-range power input, CAN, dual USB-C serial ports, IMU, EEPROM, digital I/O, analog inputs, PWM outputs and RC capture.
DlaBoard_B is more than a breakout board. It is designed as a practical control core for robot chassis and vehicle-like platforms, where power input, communication buses, safety inputs, RC override, sensors and actuator signals all need to come together cleanly.
Use it as the lower-level controller for a mobile robot, a small drive-by-wire test platform, a ROS-based vehicle project, a teaching robot or an embedded motion-control prototype.
The main input accepts DC 8-48V, covering common 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V systems. On-board input protection includes reverse-polarity protection, TVS surge suppression and a resettable fuse. A 5V buck regulator provides up to 3A for peripherals, while the protected input rail is available through a VBUS power take-off connector.
The board can also monitor its input voltage through ADC, making it easier to implement battery status display, low-voltage warnings or system-level safety logic.
DlaBoard_B includes a CAN transceiver with switchable 120-ohm termination for motor drivers, steering servos, brake controllers or other CAN nodes. Two USB-C ports provide USB-UART connectivity: one for download/debug use and one as a secondary serial bridge. Additional TTL UART, I2C and SPI headers make it flexible for screens, sensors, custom modules and upper-computer communication.
For chassis and motion projects, the board provides 9 digital outputs, 10 digital inputs, 6 analog inputs, multiple PWM outputs, timer capture channels and 6-channel RC pulse-width capture. An on-board 6-axis IMU provides accelerometer and gyroscope data, while the EEPROM can store calibration data, IDs or user parameters.
